CURRENT:

• MCC Life Science Academic Lead: generate robust teaching schedules for 30 faculty, balancing individual faculty needs with college objectives.

• MCCCD Online Innovations Fellowship Coordinator: provide a community of practice for emerging educational strategies across 10 colleges. In 2021 there were 25 faculty participants, in 2022 there were 14 faculty participants. Annual budget ~$160K.

• Flight of the Thunderbirds Community Science and Art Walk: scrum master coordinating indigenous voices, science, art, M+O, and community stakeholders to generate an outdoor guided walk on MCC campus.

COMPLETED

• HEERF (Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund) Steering Team 2020-2022: strategically funded 20 transformational and visionary projects totaling ~$3.7 million. Generated a rubric for fairly evaluating proposals, coordinated with multiple departments (IT, Fiscal).

• Curriculum development 2022: lead a multi-college team of 5 faculty to develop a new non-major's science lab course "Introduction to Animal Behavior". Coordinated with ASU, NAU and UofA for curriculum articulation and transfer.
